FOODefine Me is managed by caitlin, a Masters' student in sociology at the University of Cambridge in England. Originally from just outside of Baltimore, Maryland in the States, caitlin came to England to enjoy the idiosyncrasies of British food and the occasional row on the Cam.

She has travelled around enough of Western Europe to think that it's quite a tasty place to have so close by, and has lived and worked in Eastern Asian as well (South Korea to be specific). She believes in the power of Old Bay (a regional Maryland spice) above everything else. The helper elf/site designer for FOODefine me in its blogs form is Dom, another Cambridge student, who has the patient of a saint even at 1 in the morning.
